UFC fighter Nate Diaz has been a sparring partner for boxer Andrzej Fonfara as the boxer prepares for his upcoming fight on March 4th at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York against Chad Dawson.
Nate Diaz gave an interview in the gym and he talked about his plans for the future, the boxing license, and of course: Conor McGregor vs. Floyd Mayweather. First off, Diaz wanted to make it clear that he is not waiting for Conor McGregor because he has already beaten him…twice.
“I’m just training, staying in shape and they called me for the camp so it’s perfect. They said I was waiting for Conor McGregor, but I wasn’t waiting for Conor McGregor, I already beat him twice, so I was just training in case I would get any fight any time soon. And it’s gotta be a big deal fight, not a money fight that you get paid regardless.”
