After Floyd Mayweather shared with the world his interest on fighting UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor, everyone has been talking about the millionaire offer on the table. Another current UFC champion was asked about his opinion on the matter and he stated he believes the fight is going to happen.
“I think this fight is going to happen and I think Conor is underestimating the PPV. I think it’s going to be more than 50 million. He’s not gonna get a hundred million, we can guarantee that.”
“He should take into consideration he might get 15-20 million for the fight, he can get another 30-40 on the back end, the endorsements for this will be unreal and ungodly. I do think the fight’s going to happen.”
After stating that Conor McGregor claims his number to take the fight is 100 million dollars, the reporters then asked him how much it would take for him to accept the fight.
“Floyd, number 1, I would be the grateful one and I would take the 15 million. I would take 5 million, 5% of PPV and a couple watches to get the job done.”
