Known for his color-commentary for UFC events and was the host of the reality show Fear Factor, Joe Rogan is not afraid to speak his mind in whatever setting he is in.
Tonight at UFC 208, it almost seemed as if Joe Rogan was coaching Holly Holm from the commentating booth and Daniel Cormier was also giving instruction to Dustin Poirier. For Joe Rogan, this is not the first time this has happened and here are some examples below and on the next few pages.
UFC 180: Mark Hunt vs Fabricio Werdum
At UFC 180, Joe Rogan was basically yelling from the stands when Mark Hunt was in Fabricio Werdum’s guard. As a jiu-jitsu practitioner, Rogan has a great knowledge of what Werdum has accomplished in grappling. “He needs to get out of there” is what Joe Rogan was basically yelling to Mark Hunt while he was at the booth. This definitely is not the first time that Rogan has done this and there are other fighters that have mentioned that they have heard Rogan basically instruct them from the commentating booth.
