According to a report by The Irish Sun an agreement has been reached between UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor and boxing legend Floyd Mayweather Jr.
‘The Notorious’ was scheduled to make an appearance at a meet and greet event in Dublin this Friday but has officially withdrawn as he has “an unavoidable schedule change” to attend to. That unavoidable change may be the beginning of a series of steps that would lead to McGregor and Mayweather being able to sign their contract.
According to The Irish Sun, Conor McGregor will be in Las Vegas, Nevada this Friday to film an anti-bullying video for schoolchildren. This is reported to be part of a deal he made with the Nevada Sport Commission to get in the good grace of the commission after the incident with Nate Diaz ahead of UFC 202.
The trip will also give him the chance to make the final arrangements with his management in Las Vegas before being able to formalize the agreement with The Money Team, but sources say that the agreement has been reached.
